    Can you say Heisman?

Tebow made history today by becoming the first Sophomore to win the Hesiman Trophy award. What a Beast! Based off his season’s accomplishments, he without a doubt deserves this award.

Even though he’s a beast on the football field, he still finds time to play Goliath in his church’s Children’s Music Festival

    What a guy…

After hearing his testimony on the nationally broadcast ESPN special I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to win it. Telling the whole world about Jesus! love the guy and his heart, you can tell he is the real deal

So what’s this Football sport like? How do you play it? We won’t have it in heaven, so what’s the point? Just learn soccer or as we the heavenly Latinos call it: Futbol! That we’ll have in heaven! :)

    Tebow Does It Again

With Kentucky losing to Georgia, the Gators no longer have a shot at the SEC title game. It’s alright though, Tim Tebow made history today! He became the first player in NCAA history to have at least 2o touchdowns rushing and passing in the same season. Is that good? I think so…

    What Goes Around Comes Around

Let us all learn from the rich and famous…Whatever we’re hiding will eventually come back to get us. For the sake of Baseball, I really hope Barry Bonds is innocent

Is that good? I think so…

So the Gators aren’t having the best year, big deal! However, that doesn’t mean our Quarterback isn’t doin work!

Tim Tebow…What A Beast! Here’s what he did on Saturday against South-Carolina:

    • He rushed for a career high 5 touchdowns on Saturday
    • He broke Florida’s single-season rushing touchdown record. He now has 19
    • He’s 3 rushing touchdowns shy of breaking the All-Time Div. 1 leader mark
    • Had a career-best 304 yards passing completing 22-32 passes and totaled 424 yards of total offense
    • Gained 120 yards on the ground on 26 carries
    • He’s already the single-season SEC record-holder for touchdowns by a quarterback
    • He’s broken the school record for the most rushing touchdowns in a game in school history
    • Extended his school-record touchdown scoring streak to 12 games

And if that isn’t good enough, He’s already being considered to be the first Sophomore Quarterback to win the Heisman Trophy! Recently the AP polled 23 Hesiman voters and Tebow won. They’re saying the only reason he won’t get it is because he’s a younger classman. (It’s a dumb reason if you ask me.) If it doesn’t happen this year, it will before he graduates. So yeah, maybe the Gators aren’t having the best year, they’ll be back. Tebow’s doin work!

P.S. Matt & I want to thank everyone that’s been supporting the Matt and Joe show! Matt’s seriously the pillar and does all of the cool things that you see, I guess you could say I’m just his second half. We seriously have a blast together while we make each episode and we love the fact that you take the time to watch them. Stay tuned…the episodes are still comin! : )

    Sports Update

A few seasons are about to end and a few are just starting. This is what I think about each team I follow:

SEATTLE MARINERS: Their season was looking good but it didnt stay that way. I hate to say it, but once again their chances of moving on to the post-season are very, very, low! However, they did so much better than the last three years…

OAKLAND RAIDERS: Will they ever beat Denver!? I’m still not impressed with how their playing…

SAN JOSE SHARKS: They’re lookin good! With new uniforms and a few new players, this season is looking great…

FLORIDA GATORS: They seem to amaze me every week. They’re off to a 4-0 start and have’nt lost in “The Swamp” in 15 consecutive games! Tim Tebow is a straight beast of a quarterback, Percy Harvin is simply amazing, and the whole team is playing great. I smell another BCS Championship right around the corner…

    Okay, thats it : )
