Back to the Basics

It’s been excatly two years, five months and ten days since I’ve preached behind a pulpit. When you journal as much as I do, you remember random things like that. Tomorrow, I’ll be behind the pulpit again for the first time in over two years. My youth pastor will be out of town and he put me in charge of both youth services. Am I nervous? Kind of, but it’s the administration part that’s the worst. When it’s all done and said I’m believing the presence of God will show up and the Lord will do what He needs to do in the lives of those students. It’s gonna be great!
