Oh yeah, we also heard Ashish say that when he found out who pranked him, he was going to do what he could to get them back. Well Ashish…Luis and I got two words for ya: BRING IT!! : )
NOTE: click on the photo for more evidence to prove that we are guilty

Yes, it’s true! Pixar is currently in the process of making Toy Story 3, which is scheduled for release in 2010. Now let’s just hope they wont cancel the film. So yeah, I’m definitely going to go see it…in three years that is. : )

I look into your church, and
it’s not the same.
Where have they gone?
I see the empty seats, (more…)
Let the trip begin… June 22, 2007

So it’s true, there really is free Internet in the Portland Airport! It’s 3:40 in the morning and after a slight alarm clock malfunction, I only got two hours of sleep. I’m currently sitting in PDX waiting for Southwest to open up. I think I got here just a bit to early, thanks Luis! : )
So yeah, I’ll be leaving here in about six hours and will land in Sacramento around 7:30 a.m., where my lovely Grandparents will be waiting for me. The whole point of this trip is to be home for my friend Seyi’s wedding. I’ll be doing a ton of cool stuff, but the wedding is the main thing. About a year ago Seyi along with his soon to be wife Ronke asked me to take part in their special day. Today is going to be non-stop. As soon as I land I have something scheduled for the rest of the day, so I really don’t think I’m going to get much rest today, but isn’t that what makes traveling fun!? ; )
The wedding rehearsal will take place tonight. I’ll give you guys an update as soon as I can so please feel free to check back tomorrow.

600 for Sammy! June 20, 2007

Sammy Sosa became the fifth player in MLB history to hit 600 home-runs in a single season. With 12 on the season, he joins Hank Aaron, Barry Bonds, Babe Ruth and Willie Mays as the only players with 600 career home runs in Major League history. In other words…
WHAT A BEAST!! : )
Oh yeah, the Oregon State Beavers, who are the defending champions, dominated UC Irvine 7-1 placing them into the best-of-three championship series starting Saturday. They will play the winner of Thursday’s Rice-North Carolina game for the College World Series Title.
And the anticipation begins… June 18, 2007

I’ll be going back to California on Friday. Earlier today I was talking with my Mother via e-mail and now I can’t wait for this short, but very much needed trip. I’m only going to be gone for four days, but those days are already booked with wonderful events. I’ll be posting about the trip while I’m down there so please feel free to check back later this week. There’s no place like home! : )
In Honor of Ruth Graham June 15, 2007

And when I die
I hope my soul ascends slowly, so that I may watch
the earth receding out of sight,
its vastness growing smaller as I rise,
savoring its recession with delight.
Anticipating joy
is itself a joy
And joy unspeakable and full of glory
needs more than
“in a twinkling of an eye,”
more than “in a moment.”
Lord, who am I to disagree?
It’s only we
have much to leave behind;
so much…Before.
These moments of tansition will, for me, be
time to adore
